Front-End-Registration form add on 404 Forbidden Error Permission Issue

    Greetings Team,

    I purchased the Front-End-Registration form add on and when I try to access the Registration Request on page on the Dashboard, I get the below error ”

    403 Forbidden
    Permission denied. Our sentries tell us that you should not be here.
    Website owner? If you think you have reached this message in error, please contact support.
    ”

    Please help me with the issue.
