Front end prices are not showing exchange rates

Hi, i have added curency exchange rates to variable products on the back end but on the front end the prices are not changing whilst testing? What am i doing wrong?

Hi there,
Typically, this happens for one of two reasons. First, please double-check the settings for your pricing zone. If the exchange rate is accidentally set to 1, the front-end price will display your base price without currency conversion.
If your exchange rate is set correctly, another plugin might be overriding the prices established by Price Based on Country. This is a common issue when using discount, or wholesale, pricing plugins. To rule this out, temporarily deactivate any other pricing-related plugins to see whether the exchange rates start applying properly.

Thank you for getting back to me but i don’t have any discount or wholesale pricing plugins. Could there be any other reasons?
It is changing the shipping price but not the product price if that helps?

This plugin is known to completely override the Price Based on Country functionality, which likely explains why your exchange rates aren’t applying on the front end.

Please make sure that Price Based on Country is active when you generate the report. You can get it by navigating to WooCommerce > Status in your WordPress dashboard, clicking “Get system report,” and then clicking “Copy for support.” You can just paste that text directly into your next reply.

Thanks for sharing the system report. I can see that the “Disco” plugin is now inactive, so Price Based on Country should be able to function properly.I ran a few tests on your site, but it appears that the pricing zones are currently disabled or have been removed.
Could you please try adding or enabling the pricing zones again? Once they are active, let me know how it goes. If the issue persists, I will gladly run new tests on my end.
