Front End Notification to Specific User

Dear Shamim,
I was looking for a plugin to send personalized notifications to specific users. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find any plugins like that. But fortunately, I find your plugin. Now, this plugin is really good. Though it doesn’t fulfill my requirements. So, I hope you will publish another plugin without much functionality.

Here’s the idea:
Name: Front End PN (Private Notification)
This plugin will let us send personalized notifications to specific users. It won’t have any kind of avatar or styling or anything like that. Just a shortcode to load messages sorted by date and time. It won’t show who sent the message or any preferences. The user won’t have any control over the notification system. But every notification should have 3 main parts. The SUBJECT, BODY, and ID. This way, if the user needs to contact us regarding any notification, we will be able to identify the message using the unique ID.
