The site works fine and loads as it should except when I’m logged in to the back-end. All I get is the “This site can’t be reached” error with the blank screen. Other users with different role levels are experiencing the same issue — which is happening on Chrome, Safari, and Firefox on both mac and windows.
When I disable WP Security plugin, the issue goes away. I love this plugin and hate to delete it if I can’t find a fix.
    Any help is much appreciated.
    Thanks!

Hi, can you share the specs of your server? Can you try the following, disable and delete this plugin and install a fresh copy. When you install it again don’t enable the previous settings.

Also make sure there are no entries left behind in the .htaccess file when you delete the plugin. Delete anything between the following tags and including the tags.

    # BEGIN All In One WP Security
    # END All In One WP Security

Also what plugins do you currently have installed?

    Regards

    Hi @presswp,
I recommend that you go through each feature that you have activated in aiowps plugin and methodically check which one might be causing the issues, ie, Disable one feature at a time and test the front end during each step until you find the feature causing it.

Please let me know what you find because I’m curious as to why you are seeing this issue.

Thank you for your help. Your plugin wasn’t the culprit. The issue came back again even after I disabled WP Security. After much investigation, I found out that my host was having problems reading the way a caching plugin was compressing files. I turned that feature off and all is good.
I love your plugin – it’s awesome! And thank you both for your quick responses.
