    Hi All,

I’ve just installed the events manager plugin on my wordpress site which is built on Roots/Sage 9 starter theme. I’ve added one Event just to test it, but I’m not getting the events archive list, only the word ‘CONTENTS’ – I believe that is supposed to be overwritten with the list isn’t it? I didn’t have any difficulties installing it and the backend seems to be working fine so I’m not sure why I’m not seeing this? What could be going wrong?

FYI other plugins I’m using are Membermouse and WP Symposium

Thanks in advance for any help
    Kevin

*UPDATE* I tried disabling the Sage theme and using twentyseventeen and the /events/ page now seems to display the list of events and the search tool. There’s obviously a compatability issue between the plugin and roots/sage – does anyone have a solution??

    Thanks
    Kevin

OK, doesn’t seem like this plugin is particularly well supported these days. I just tried https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-event-manager/ and it seems to work fine with Roots/Sage out of the box, it’s got better ratings too.

So due to the lack of support, despite the plugin author claiming that they check these forums regularly, I have no choice but to switch my aleigance.

sorry for the delay we are quite busy this past few days with other stuff such as feature addon and other important fixes however did you already set your wp pages as events page under Events > Settings > Pages > Event list/archives > Events page or you can also use shortcodes – https://wp-events-plugin.com/documentation/shortcodes/
