Since I took over development on this site, I have noticed on the individual job posting, the contact details are not displaying. On the back end when the Employer fills out the fields for App Email or URL, Company Website, or Company Twitter, none of these fields show up on the Job Listing on the front end – only the logo, author, date/time, and the Description. So, the applicant has no easy way to contact the employer.

Is there anyone who might know why this is happening?

    Thanks in advance!

It looks like you also contacted us via our private support channel, so we’ll handle this there.

    Thanks!

I did, but the plugin is not premium, so I was told I would have to seek support here.

This was the message I received:

    Hi Elizabeth,
Thanks for the message. This support channel is reserved for paid customers so unfortunately we cannot help you here, but you can receive help here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/wp-job-manager/

Do I need to submit a new topic since you previously marked this as resolved?

    Thanks.

@emgb_520 Ack, sorry! Looks like we messed this one up. Apologies!

Anyway, it’s possible that your site’s theme is substantially messing with the display of the single job page. By default, all those things should be visible. Example:

    http://d.pr/i/FcRug9/4q2o84XL

Can you please try temporarily switching to the Twenty Sixteen theme via Appearance > Themes, and testing again? If the job is displayed correctly when you do that, then you’ll know the issue lies with the theme you were originally using. (Namely, that it does not make full use of all the job data that our plugin collects.) You’ll need to contact the theme author for further assistance.

Let me know what you find out. Thanks!

It was there when I switched themes. I will contact the theme author.

    Thank you!
