    I’m using AS for my support system. I also installed the front-end agents add-on. Is there a way to show attached files on a ticket when an agent view ticket details? I see the customer message, the history, the close ticket button and the change status menu, but I can’t see the customer attached files (only in front-end). If the agent enters the back-end, the tickets shows the attachments correctly. Any suggestions is it normal? All my customers use attachments so this is crucial for me. Thanks in advance.
