From version 3.4.x doesn't need install this plugin

Hi Mr Nhan,
This plugin is very usefull for older version of wordpress in vietnamese language. But from wordpress version 3.4.x we doesn’t need install this plugin. I usualy visit your website (vnwebmaster.com) to learn something. Thank you for your sharing of knowledge.
