    Hi, hello, first thank you for excellent work, i left pos. feedback already. I want to start from scratch, do not use one of your nice templates, but i got a problem. I wanted to make a custom header and followed the video instructions from : https://docs.oceanwp.org/article/355-how-to-create-a-custom-header
    Now I am getting always 2 rows on top with my site name and below again the site name with: custom header
    In your video it shows a really blank page where I can start from the top. what i did wrong? thank you very much for answering in advance

    Not sure I understood but did you choose the Elementor Canvas as the theme on your page? This gives you a blank page to start. If not you will get any headers and footers that are defined/defaulted

    Hello,

    Go to Theme Panel > my library > add new. Select Elementor canvas from the right sidebar. Publish or draft the page and now click on custom Edit with Elementor. You will get a blank page where you can design.

    Thank you both for answering. Yes, I tried all of this, did exact as done in the video, deleted whole wordpress installation, installed all new, the same, on edit with elementor, I get always a big top bar and below another one with the name of the new library. I could not fix it, so I selected a free theme template from ocean and changed the given data. For now I am fine, but would be very interested in knowing what I did wrong for future projects. Thanks again

    Hi, sorry, my last post was not for this discussion.
    The problem was solved, as i installed WP Multi site and don’t know why, but here it works, thank you very much for helping
