From name appear as ‘Myself’ on Gmail

    Hi, i have setup the plugin to work with G-suite, and i have a form on my website which sends to the g-suite email address, i have set the force from name on the plugin but it will not work on Gmail.

    All the emails sent from the form on the website (the form is created by elementor pro built-in form) doesn’t show the from name, Gmail is thinking that i am sending directly from it that’s why he is showing the from name as ‘Myself’ ?

    I hope my question is clear if anyone can help.

    Hi @kazuhira,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Currently, that’s the default behavior. If you’re sending the email to yourself, you’ll see “me” in the email. However, if you open it, you can see the changed ‘From Name’. If you’re sending to other recipients, they’ll not see “me” but the changed ‘From Name’. It looks like how the email client displays the name, probably other email clients such as Outlook behave differently.
