    Hi there,
    When we came across your plugin we were super excited. We’ve been looking for something like this to implement on our WP Site for a while now and we finally thought we found the perfect solution.
    Unfortunately we have no way of knowing if this plugin is right for us, why???
    we emailed you guys with questions that would determine if this is the plugin will work for us based on compatibility with what we already have on our site and other important questions.
    (and yes we did go through your FAQs)

    Fast forward almost 2 weeks later. NO REPLY. We feel Customer Service/Tech Support is crucial when it comes to these plugins, and it seems Tech Support is not a priority for you guys. It’s very disappointing.

  • 2 weeks lol I have unanswered support questions lasting months and still unanswered to date the last one is 5 days and counting. I think they pick what they think is critical to them as far as support is concerned. Otherwise. . Not..they did better initially but things seem to have gone down the drain lately. Mybe support is based on if they feel that you will upgrade to pro or not..little do they know that they are messing themselves up…I have already uninstalled this plugin from 2 sites and counting. .UU if you cannot make something happen and support this version it’s a tell on what your capabilities are on the pro..if u ingnore support here u will do the same on the pro..right

    Wow, thats not what I wanted to hear. With these plugins support is EVERYTHING. I would have no problem becoming a pro user, but NEVER if the support is not there. Actually I base everything off support. These guys better wise up . They have a good product but super shitty on the back end.

    xxxhoop, With the due respect. I remember when you came here and asked for special features and we deliver them within 24-48 hours. I highly appreciate the fact that you’re letting us know your thoughts, however.. i think that’s this “if u ingnore support here u will do the same on the pro..right ” is just what you think, both free and paid users are welcome to post your issue on our forums https://usersultra.com/support/ and we will try our best to resolve any issue ASAP.

    Sure Adrian i do remember but also keep in mind that apart from the paypal issue and feature requests that got solved..THANK YOU the rest still remain unsolved..but now that i know where your real support page is i will jump on it..thanks..

    Please accept my apologize if my reply was hard, that was not my intention. It’s just what you said “Mybe support is based on if they feel that you will upgrade to pro or not” sounds a little bit unfair, bearing in mind that the plugin was online for about one year before we’ve realized the pro version.
