From Email name – capital letters

    Hello guys,

    My company name is written normally in capital letters but even if I enter it properly in the From Email name field, it’s transformed in small letters when I receive it. How can I fix this?

    Hello @newki75,

    It depends on what mail service you are using such as ‘WP Mail SMTP by WPForms’. Some are more flexible than others. Unfortunately, if the FROM email name field feature is not working our best suggestion would be to investigate your SMTP service. If you can find the email address setting within there, this could fix the issue.

    Thank you for reaching out. Upon further investigation, we discovered a bug with the FROM email feature and are working to resolve it.

    Hi @newki75,

    Thank you again for reporting this issue. The latest update should have fixed the FROM name field from being translated to lowercase. It should be functioning properly now in EBD version 6.9.5. Please let us know if it worked for you.
