    I have been liking eShop but one issue that I have encountered so far is the ‘From Email’ from auto generated emails (upon purchase). Please correct me if I’m wrong, is this where I am supposed to place the ‘From Email’ address that would show in my customers’ emails? (Please refer to image)

    If this is where it’s supposed to, I’ve placed an email address there but when we tested an order, the ‘From Email Address’ showed something.

    How can this be corrected?

    The email address should be in the upper field – eShop From address

    Hi Esmi!

    Thank you for your prompt reply! I actually placed our business email add on that field but the email that was showing on our test purchase came from “”. I tested it again before I sent you this email and still got the same thing. It didn’t show the email address (our business add) that I saved on the upper field of eShop From address.

    Is there any way to fix this?

    Is the site installed on the domain?

    Yes, it is. Is this what’s causing the issue? I really don’t know how to change the eShop From address.

    send a password reminder to yourself from your WordPress install – does it show correctly there?

    you need it to correctly show for WordPress as well, I’d suggest speaking to your web hosts first.
