[Resolved] From and To Field are same in email

    This is the new way the sending works now:

    The email function was changed to be more reliable, dependent and technically correct. Many servers will block sending emails if they do not originate from the same domain. I check the admin email and, if the domain matches, use that. Otherwise, I build an email that matches your domain. This is the exact behavior that WordPress themselves use.
    The Reply To email is still set as the user’s email if you have that set.

    bcoz i have already set that options to users email id..like this
    User’s E-mail (optional)-here i choose Email field of form…

    so when i receive mail that time to and from both contains my address so when i click on reply to button my address only displayed in that to field not my form’s user address whom i supposed to reply..

    p.s:User’s Name (optional) is correctly getting displayed..

    We have the same issue but can understand ankush’s point. When our email comes through,to reply we tell users to click on the hyper linked email address that is within the correspondence – this will then open a mail client with the correct name to send to 🙂
