  • Well they added Freemius Inc. [US] to track everything, suck bandwidth and screw everything up.

    This is an amazing theme with great plugins. Now I have to throw it away along with the money that I paid for it 2 months ago because they cannot bother to actually read reviews.

    I got an update today and now my site is screwed because the license keys which yes i paid for!!! on their site!!! no longer work. Put in a support ticket and it says.. hey we will get back with you in 24-48 hours so until then .. you are out of luck unless you want to call your developers in to redo every single site on a Sunday to change to a theme that is smart enough to actually test thing like this and do the update on a monday and not over the weekend.

    These guys have an amazing product but no business sense whatsoever!

    I am closing this review for the following reasons.

    1. It’s primarily become an attempt to get a refund. While the review is feedback, that is not a topic for these forums. I have also remove the abusive tags. @inthehoadave If you want to the review to remain, do not re-add those tags. That will get the review archived and removed.

      There are no customers here, just opensource users of code. There are no companies here, just people who have contributed their opensource code and time. Commercial, pro, refund or even pre-sales conversations have no place in these forums. Even people who are paid or compensated by someone are not company representatives here. They are volunteers supporting the contribution of code on this site.

      The one exception is reviews. When a plugin or theme upsells either here or in the user’s dashboard then that feedback is permitted.

      Any customers for a “pro” version or services related to this plugin or they got there from here are invited to leave a review related to this plugin, premium or not.

      While the feedback remains, the topic here for a refund is closed.

    2. I’ve archived the reply which is basically “try this other solution instead” and that has nothing to do with this theme. Don’t do that, OK? The review for this theme has to remain about this theme. Do not make it into an ad for some other theme.
