# Friendly, helpful support

 * Had a few issues with some errors showing up in the last week: “Error retrieving
   plugin details”, “Error retrieving payment details”, “Error retrieving PayPal
   setting details”. 
   Krystian from the support team was amazing and helped me debug
   with some solutions to try.I also found that after a recent WP update, my PHP
   needed more memory. I ran the Health Check and also needed to update PHP to 8.3
   and turn on Opcache. After all that, everything was running smoothly with zero
   errors.Thanks again for the super fast and friendly support 😊
