    MicroblogPoster is using HTTP Basic Authentication to access the friend feed API and post on your behalf. I just tested the friend feed auto update and it works!

    Maybe you’ve entered your friend feed password instead of the remote key, hence the authentication fails.

    You can find your remote key associated with your account at this url:
    https://friendfeed.com/account/api (need to be logged in).
