Have you set Frequently Bought Together Products? after enable this module you need to set frequently bought together products. you can set per product based or you can set it globally. please check our documentation from here.

Thanks for sharing the screenshot. can you please try to change “Position” option to “After single product summary” and Position Order (i.e. Priority) to “1”. please check and let me know is it works or not.
