Yes. Translations for French are store in a text file called mooberry-book-manager-fr_FR.po in the wp-content/plugins/mooberry-book-manager/languages folder.
Download the free software POEdit.
Open up that mooberry-book-manager-fr_FR.po file in POEdit.
Make your changes. Save the file and compile it into .mo file with the POEdit software.
Put both new .po and .mo files into the wp-content/plugins/mooberry-book-manager/languages folder.
