It can be so many things, but most likely a server timeout. Can you have a look at your PHP Error Logs?

Instead of pasting that here can you instead register at https://pastebin.com/ and share the link to that paste?
I suggest you register so that if you choose to then you can delete that if you later on choose. Here you can’t.
Just an update, I’ve tried re-installing the plugin, the problem persists unfortunately.
Strange, can you contact me directly through meowapps.com? It works for everyone right now though, so that might be another thing. Not sure.
Actually, try that. Go in the Media Cleaner dashboard, do you see the Reset button? Click on it. That will create the database for the cleaner. It looks like it’s missing on your install.

I tried the Reset button but unfortunately the problem persists. I’ll contact you through meowapps.com once I get home (for some reason it gets blocked at work).
