Hello! On two different sites I’m trying to restore a backup, because I moved the domains to different hosting and the restore always freezes in the same place – see the picture here – https://prnt.sc/h9Wpj-Kr8vGQ
What could be the reason? WP installation is absolutely clean. Thanks!

    Hello @seoconsult ,

On the site where you are trying to run restoration:

Please navigate to the plugin section Troubleshooting > Check advanced options and click on the button:
Share debug info with BackupBliss team

And here’s a screenshot that shows where to get it: https://prnt.sc/lKbjrSAqQudm

Please paste the debug code in your reply.

    Kind regards

Hеy, unfortunately it is not possible, because after stopping the process, if I click somewhere on the site and the domain opens without loading anything – a blank page

    Hi @seoconsult

In such case I recommend you to disable PHP CLI before restoration, especially if the process hanged up at some point.

Nevertheless it is possible that logs are not available but the process is still ongoing in the background in such case, the process could finish within couple of minutes.

At the end when you see blank page but not error on the front-end, it should be possible to still log in to admin area by going to
<your_site_url>/wp-admin once you log into wp-admin, simply change theme to the one used before restoration, our plugin replaces active theme to prevent conflicts with active theme.

Let me know if any of these suggestion resolves your issue 🙂
    Thank you!
