    Part of my site will host a group of freelancers. Each consultant has to have their own profile that they can modify/moderate themselves, including:
    1. Upload photo
    2. Other media that showcases their work
    3. Input bio and other text-based stuff
    3. manage availability calendar
    4. communicate with perspective clients

    My website visitors/clients need the ability to:
    1. browse the consultants (profile, uploaded media)
    2. Schedule an appointment
    3. Communicate with freelancer

    Overall functionality:
    integrate my site’s look and feel
    homepage widget
    central payment

    Any suggestions? Was thinking of forming a group in buddypress but what widgets?

    Thank you for interest ot the Booking Calendar.
    Booking Calendar MultiUser version can manage only these items:
    3. manage availability calendar
    and
    2. Schedule an appointment

    Other functionality is exist inside of WordPress itself or required
    other plugins.

    Please test live demo of that version.
