Hello,

I have free version of Yoast SEO on our site, but it is doing unwanted redirects. I can see X-Redirect-By: Yoast SEO in redirect checker. It is doing redirect on page where should be 404.

This url: https://punishworld.com/de/Domina/Domina-Cei/ is redirected to attachment (https://punishworld.com/de/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/femdom-cei.jpg -> https://punishworld.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/femdom-cei.jpg) instead of throwing 404 error.

How is it possible and how to disable this feature?

Yoast SEO includes a redirect image feature for attachment pages. This feature redirects attachment pages to their respective image. You can disable it with the steps here: https://yoast.com/help/redirect-image-attachment-urls/
