Free WP Theme: Cosmos

  • Hi guys,

Just thought I’d make a quick thread to let those of you who might be interested know that I’m in the process of releasing a steady trickle of WordPress themes for free. I released the first one earlier today and I would love to hear what you all think and, hopefully, perhaps some of you might decide to implement it into your very own blog.

The first theme that I have made freely available, “Cosmos”, is a very simple but fetching two-column design which was loosely inspired by the theme in use over at Matt Cutts’ blog. Don’t ask why it’s called “Cosmos” – it’s a long story!

Here is the download page with full details, a download link, and the ability to preview the theme on my development blog.

Two of the more important features I would like to highlight is: Digg integration straight out of the box – which can be previewed by viewing any post entry – and search engine friendly redirects on error pages.

All constructive criticism is welcome and encouraged. Perhaps if I receive enough positive feedback then I may be inspired to release more and quicker. 🙂

I look forward to hearing from you. Cheers!
