    Greetings! I was curious what is the difference between the free vs Starter versions? I looked on your website but only see a feature list for the Starter, Econom, and Standard.

    Hello there,

    The add-ons listed under Starter bundle/Standard bundle are premium features. You have to keep installed the free version and install add-ons as per your requirement.
    In free versions, you can create unlimited tickets, unlimited agents, custom fields, and many more. Please check key features on this link.
