  • It’s confusing to discern from the description and from your website what features are “Forever Free”, and what are Premium/free for 30 days. For example:

    Locate your clients
    Proactive chat
    Proactive message per page

    What are those?

    Can you please confirm from the long list of “Free” features in the description here in WP, are all those really “free forever”, or intermixed with “free for 30 days”?

    Hi there and sorry for the late reply.

    Locate your clients is a feature which allows you to see where your visitors are from. This is a premium feature and it is not in the list in the description here in WordPress under Free features.
    Proactive chat allows you (the agent) to initiate the chat first. This is a free feature and is included in the list in the description here in WordPress.
    Proactive message per page allows you to set up proactive message per page. This message can be also referred to as auto message. For example, you can set up one message for one of your pages and set up another one for different page. This is a premium feature.
    When you sign up for the Free plan, you get access to all premium features for 30 days.

    We can confirm that all features under the Free features list are free forever.
