# Free version – where is support?

 * First, I don’t see where to select the number of ‘stars,’ but this gets a zero
   for support, at least on the wordpress.org support forum.
 * I’ve been using WordPress for years and at first glance, this theme looked perfect
   for what my client wanted. However, I spent nearly four hours trying to figure
   out WHY the last image in the homepage slider doesn’t work (Slider images are
   based on Posts with a specific Category aligned to the slider and the image the
   post’s Featured Image).
 * I would never pay $50 for theme where the developer offers a “lite” or free edition,
   yet blatantly ignores those using that version, demanding someone pay for the“
   pro” version to get support.
