Free version limited, buggy

    Limited to 7 fields, which you only see by going to their website. And after a while drag and drop editing stops working, rolls down and back up. So you constantly have to disable and re-enable the drag drop function.

    We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience.
    Most probably, this problem is a conflict with other plugins. Could you please, deactivate all your other plugins, except Form Maker plugin and see whether the problem still persists?
    If the problem will not be occurring, please activate plugins one by one and check Form Maker plugin simultaneously, to find which one is causing the issue.
