 * Limited, with barely no features and disappointing. A waste of time that only
   wants you to get the pro version.

 * I’m really sorry to hear you feel this way.
 * The basic version does however allow you to create a fully functionable map with
   an unlimited number of markers on it though.
 * Please advise what sort of features you were looking for in the Basic version
   that weren’t available so that we can look into this for a future release?

 * the “unlimited” word is misleading here.. you could emphatize the phrase “only
   one map”
