Is this a fake review?
no, I tried to work with it briefly and did not find out how to use (it quickly enough). Perhaps try to improve user friendliness? I am sorry to say but I have since then activated and tested so many plugins I do not remember clearly what was amiss with this one.
Will you re-review the plugin or remove your 1 star?
We rarely get people who can’t find the admin screen for the plugin. It adds a menu item on the WP Admin sidebar called:
“Surveys/Quizzes”
I don’t think it can get any more user friendly, see the screenshot:

Is this a fake review?
@richardroyal Apparently not. But when plugin authors or contributors create fake accounts to reply to these reviews then they risk having their plugin delisted and removed from the WordPress plugin repo.
I deleted your last post from your now blocked sock puppet account. Please refrain from that behavior going forward.
Hey Jan,
We are working to respond to all reviews but have trouble when reviews posted make statements that are simply untrue. What is the best course of action in those cases?Explain why they are untrue. Then it will be pretty obvious to someone reading the thread whether claims are true or not.
Though it’s not against the rules to be wrong in a review.
Okay, so we’ve just noticed another sock puppet account that was apparently created by your company. When we asked you to stop that, we really meant it because we hope we can avoid pulling your plugin from the repository.
We don’t want that either, for sure. But we need a way to escalate members to the same level of scrutiny. We respond to each review, and we will start to encourage our happy customers that we hear from regularly to do so as well — we are routinely told that we can post their comments as reviews. We will continue to encourage them to do so themselves. Thanks for your time and attention.
You cannot post their comments as reviews. They can post their comments, but you cannot create accounts for them and post their comments.
