Thanks @ninjateamwp, I do appreciate the quick response. I had already moved on to a different plugin “Folders by Premio” that just worked out of the box. The site I’m working on is very minimalistic, with only a handful of extremely popular plugins installed and activated. It’s unfortunate that Filebird didn’t also simply work. I’m not sure who has time to debug plugins when they don’t work, unfortunately it is not me in this case. I’m not going to spend time turning things on and off to get this to work when a simple alternative installed and worked immediately.
