• Yes the free version allows you to give points to customers, but that’s it. They can’t actually do anything with the points they earn as in the free version you cant link points to discounts at all. Description of free plugin should advise this clearly.

I haven’t paid for the premium version so my rating is based only on the free version and is low in large part due to the fact that the description mislead me.

    Dear Beth,
we are sorry that you found the plugin description misleading, we will change it as soon as possible and make it clearer about that. However, the free plugin allows you to make points be collected and then gives you, admin, an overview about customers’ “loyalty”, which wouldn’t be possible if you used only WooCommerce. In fact, you should view each single customer’s profile, orders completed and products purchased to get an idea of their degree of “loyalty”, which requires a lot of time. Thanks to the plugin, on the contrary, you can assign points to each product and then have an overview on customers without having to make lots of calculations for each of them.

    Regards
    Yithemes

ive had just installed the free version, with a rate of 1 point for every £12gbp spent, a customer has just spent £18 but the point didnt update onto their account – cant find any settings or info as to why the point would be added to their account?
