I apologize for any confusion, however you can add as many recipient email addresses as you’d like to your notification settings — even in our free version.
To do this, you’d need to open the form builder and go to Settings > Notifications. Then under Send to Email Address, you can add multiple email addresses. Just be sure to put a comma in between each email.
These emails will be sent like BCC, meaning that the recipients will not be able to see one another’s email addresses (they’ll be sent completely separate copies of the email).
For more details, here’s our notification setup tutorial. The only section of that tutorial not possible in Lite is named “Adding Multiple Form Notifications” (which applies specifically to using the “Add New Notification” button).
