I am having an issue where the free shipping item is free unless something else is added to cart. Then, a shipping amount is added. The weird thing is this happens even with a Free Shipping Item and a virtual product (free shipping by nature). Can you assist?

If subtotal is greater than $75

The ‘category’ condition requires all products in the cart to have the given category before the condition matches. So if there are two or more products in the cart with different categories, the rate won’t show up.
