Support » Plugin: WooCommerce Advanced Free Shipping » Free shipping restrictions don’t work subtotal, but does for categories…

  • Resolved emjones209

    Hi 🙂

I’ve been using the Advanced Free Shipping plugin for a while now and I absolutely love it.

The plugin works just fine with the product category restrictions I have set.

I’ve been trying to make it so it doesn’t give the option for free shipping on orders under £39. However, when adding a product under £39 to the cart, it still shows the free shipping option.

    Please see screenshots attached.

    Screenshot of free shipping options:
(I’ve tried “Equal to, “Not equal to” etc incase I was under the wrong setting – but it appears the same.)

    Screenshot of checkout:

I would like it so the free shipping option does not appear when a cart total is under £39.

You’d want to use the ‘greater or equal’ operator to ensure it shows up only when its above $39.
Right now it will always show up unless the order is exactly $39.

Also note, that with your current setup it will allow free shipping above $39 (given that you fix it) including when one of those categories are in the cart. If you want to make sure those cats can’t be in the cart, add the condition to the first condition group.
