Hey there. I’m using WC 2.6.4 and WP 4.6.1 I uploaded you plugin in order to offer free shipping to registered users on my site. I saw that you could set free shipping based on user role so that’s how I’ve got it set up. The rule I set is that Free shipping comes up if user role is Equal to or greater than customer so this theoretically should give me what I want which is to offer free shipping option in addition to the 3 flat rate options to logged in users only and guest users would have to pick from only one of the 3 flat rate options because free shipping wouldn’t be visible to them. However, I created several test users to see if the free shipping option would appear and disappear based on me being logged in or not and nothing is showing up no matter how I configure it. I’m wondering what I’m doing wrong.

To recap what I have set up.
I have 3 flat rate shipping options set which show up fine as they should.
I have created a free shipping option on the “advanced Free shipping” settings using the free shipping rule I mentioned above. and I can’t get it to show up at all.

    Hi @mdmediaco and @vikosk8,

Sorry for the late reply, I sometimes don’t get email notifications of threads and I didn’t get one with your message @mdmediaco, but I did get a notification for @vikosk8‘s message.

Re your question: Using the ‘greater or equal’ operator is not possible in combination with the ‘user role’ condition. Since there is not a real hierarchy in de code based on roles it won’t work. If you use the ‘equal to’ operator it will work. If needed you could create multiple condition groups for different user roles.

    Hope that helps 🙂

@sormano thanks for your answer, but I don’t understand where the shipping method will appear.
Look: http://imageshack.com/a/img924/8273/98z4pR.png and http://imageshack.com/a/img923/6762/Kzqnv0.png It doesn’t show the name in the list..
    Thank you.

    Hi,

I’m not sure what the second screenshot is from due to the language barrier.

But aside from that, the shipping rate will show up in the cart/checkout when the conditions have matched. They don’t show up in the new WC Zones feature as the plugin isn’t (yet) compatible with that.

“Estado” is state? if so, note that you cannot setup multiple state conditions in one condition group. You’re basically requiring the using to be in multiple states at the same time. Instead you’d want to create separate condition groups for the different states.

    Cheers,
    Jeroen

@sormano yes, Estado = State! Now in city, I changed by “CEP” and it works. Now I will try state by state rule..

    Thanks for your help!
