    Respected sir/madam,

    I have set a Flexible shipping zone with a free shipping option for more than ₹999 and when the cart amount goes above 999 then it says no shipping options available.
    The same thing happens for Locations not covered by your other zones

    I can see on your attachment that you have set one rule in the Flexible Shipping method with Price range up to ₹999. Do you have a second rule with a higher price range?

    In order to use that shipping method and the free shipping option, you have to set rules that will have a higher price range. In other case, that shipping method won’t be used, and so the free shipping option also won’t be used.

    Please check your shipping rules and if you don’t have another rule with higher price range, add a second rule or change the price range in your first rule.
