Hi, I had this plugin working perfectly a few days ago, then went to update a plugin which caused my site to crash – long story short, I had to reinstall this plugin. The settings were all still saved in my database but now the free shipping portion of this plugin is no longer working. My threshold is $30, no matter how many times I try to add $30+ to my cart, the shipping cost still shows. I also don’t get a “only $X more dollars to get free shipping!” banner show up in my cart anymore.
Can someone please help me fix this? I am running WooCommerce 9.8.1 (this is the version I recently updated to, not sure if it’s impacting something here). Flexible Shipping 6.0.0, free version.
Thank you!

May I kindly ask you to turn on the Flexible Shipping Debug Mode and see how the rules are triggered at the checkout. If you can’t see the debug mode notices, then the issue might be related to a theme you are currently using in your store. To check if there is no conflict, please temporarily install and enable Storefront the official WooCommerce theme, and see if the problem persists.
Alternatively, the problem may be related to some other plugin used in the shop.
Please disable plugins which are not ours or the WooCommerce itself. Then please enable plugins one by one, deleting cache, and check if the problem still occurs.
After checking the above, please let me know about the outcome.
Hi, I disabled all plugins except WooCommerce Version 9.8.1, WooPayments Version 9.2.0, and flexible shipping – also switched to the default WordPress twenty twenty-five theme, the free shipping did not work. I can’t leave my site like that though – so I had to revert back to my original theme (this is a live website that I depend on for income). I enabled debug though, and nothing came up for the log. Can you advise on what to do next?
Thanks for the details. It appears that we need to request a temp admin access to your site. Please reach out to us via the form, and reference this thread. We’ll find the solution via direct email.
Hi, so it looks like the issue is only occurring when a specific zip code/city isn’t typed in. See screenshots below. It should be free shipping after $30.
Thanks for passing the screenshots. Still, we won’t be able to find the solution without a brief look at your WordPress dashboard. Please reach out to us via the form, and we’ll be able to solve if via direct email.
We need information about the configuration of the shipping zones and the shipping methods within those zones. Please show these configurations in screenshots.
Or, as Piotrek said, contact us through the form.
Best regards Grzegorz

Which shipping zone is triggered on this screen? Rest of the world? Please rename shipping method to something else than Flexible Shipping and check it.
I think you have identified the issue here. Even though I am in Canada and the checkout says “Delivers to CANADA”, it shows rest of the world for shipping until I specify my province (which then matches against my shipping zones). Is there a way to have the free shipping/$ left for free shipping show for Canada and US before an address is typed?
