    Hi there,

    I already enabled the free shipping options for coupons by selecting A valid free shipping coupon.

    I added a new coupon for free shipping min. spend of P5,000 in all products.

    I tried to apply the coupon on the cart page, it was successfully applied but the problem now is that the Shipping fee is still there. As you can see in the screenshot provided.

    Any idea how to solve this?

    Hi @wpjed101,

    Do you happen to be using another Shipping cost calculation plugin?

    Looking at your last screenshot (https://d.pr/free/i/l3OHeJ), the Shipping section is already set to Free shipping. However, below it, there is another “Shipping Fee”. Therefore, it could be that you have another plugin adding this.

    Thank you for the quick response.
    Yes, I’m using Flexible Shipping plugin. Even I deactivated the plugin the result is still the same.

    Well, this being the case, you’ll want to check whether the problem is caused by a plugin/theme conflict.
     
    The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Let us know if you’re able to identify the culprit behind that fee with this test.

    Also, in your reply, kindly share your System Status report so that we can have a closer look at your setup.

    Thank you so much for your help. I tried the first way to determine the conflict which is the “Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront”. and Finally the free shipping is working now. see the screenshot below.

    Happy to hear that Free Shipping works well with the StoreFront theme.

    It seems that the previous theme might have been the one causing the issue. Feel free to contact the theme developer for further assistance.
