Free Shipping Not Calculating with Coupon

    Hello,

    I have a coupon code running through WooCommerce right that and have checked “Enable free shipping.” Typically users have to spend over $100 to get free shipping.

    However, the coupon isn’t removing the cost of shipping at checkout. It’s discounting the product like it should; but not removing the cost of shipping.

    Why is this and how can I immediately fix it?

    I’m also having this issue. We are using table rate shipping, not sure if that matters.

    I was just able to fix this by going to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Free Shipping, and changing “Method Availability” from “Specific Countries” to “All allowed countries”.

    Wondering if it might have worked after the person had input their shipping country on the checkout page, but either way, that was really not intuitive.

    Also should mention that after inputting the coupon code, the user has to select the “Free Shipping with Coupon” shipping option from the dropdown.

    @jazbek, I was able to get it to automatically select Free Shipping when the coupon was applied by setting Free Shipping as the default, but having Free Shipping only available via coupon.
