Free Shipping label not showing in cart and checkout

Hello,
I am having some problems with the shipping method label disappearing on the cart/checkout page when the shipping is free.

My store has free shipping on all products but I occasionally have some products that I have to set on a flat rate shipping. To do so I created two shipping classes: Free Shipping and Flat Rate. I then created a shipping zone set on “everywhere” and added a Flat Rate shipping method with the following settings.

All the products in my store are set on Free Shipping and when I have a product that I need to sell with Flat Rate I simply set the Shipping Class on “Flat Rate” for that specific product and that works well. If I add the Flat Rate Product in the cart is displays the correct price.

The problem is when I only have Free Shipping products in the cart (so pretty much most of the time). For some reason the Shipping Label disappears and I have tried every solution I found online but nothing works.

It seems like there is some code that hides the shipping when the cost is $0, but I have no idea where to find it.

I would like to display a “Free Shipping” label when the shipping is free. How can I do that?
