free shipping for just 1 product in the cart

Hi there, is it possible to offer free shipping for just 1 product?
Let say I have 2 products.
Customer adds product number 1 with free shipping to cart, shipping is free
Customer adds product number 2 with no free shipping to a cart with product number 1 together, shipping is still free, even though product 2 doesn’t have a “free shipping” offer with it, so what should happen is customer would see only the shipping charge for product number 2 + 0 shipping charge for product number 1.
