I’ve been using your plugin for a while (thank you!) and almost everything in my store is a physical product. I have many shipping rates added within your plugin’s settings to change the shipping based on total weight. That works great.

What I’m having a problem with is if a product has free shipping.

I have created a new shipping rate for free shipping within your plugin with the condition that it contains the free shipping class. I set all the shipping costs to zero. Despite this, Woo doesn’t recognize it and I get the “There are no shipping options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.” error on the checkout page.

I have disabled all shipping zones in the Woo shipping settings (because I run it all through your plugin), and although there is a free shipping option in those choices, it doesn’t allow me to base it on a shipping class so it doesn’t work for what I need.

Any idea how I can get this to work? Thanks!
    E

    Hi,

Could you post screenshots of the rate you’ve setup / what you’re seeing on the front-end? That will hopefully give some insights in what may be going on here.

    Thank you,

    Hi,

The screenshots show you’re using the Advanced Shipping plugin instead of this one – and an outdated version of it. I’d recommend updating that version and if it still isn’t working reaching out through that support channel.

    Cheers,

Sorry, I didn’t realize this plugin was not the same as the one on Code Canyon even though they both have the same name. It never occurred to me that the plugin may be outdated since I bought it over at Code Canyon. Since I wasn’t getting any pings within WP that there was a new version out, out of sight out of mind, and it never updated. Thanks for figuring that part out.

I went over and downloaded the latest version and it fixed almost all of the problem, but I have a couple odd products where it’s still giving me that error on checkout, so I will investigate that and will get a hold of you over on Code Canyon next.

    Thanks again!
