# free shipping bug

 * it is possible there is a bug on the checkout page.
 * when the optional “county” field is empty i get a free shipping charge.
 * When i input a county the shipping charge refreshes and becomes correct.
 * i am using woocommerce with wcfm marketplace, everything is up to date.
 * my local and live installs are near identical, local works ok.
 * About to update old versions of membership and marketplace to current version
   and see what breaks.
