Free shipping based on weight and price

Hello. I am using the Woocommerce Table Rate plugin for shipping costs and your plugin to create a condition for the free shipping. I have created a ruleset of these:
1. If price is more than 59 euros
2. If weight is more than 5kg
then enable free shipping.
I want in all other conditions my shipping costs to be enabled.
Below the 5kg or lower than 59 euros my shipping costs works fine, but when carts total price goes over 59 euros or more than 5kg then i come up with a problem. It says that Shipping is not supported in your area please select another one. What can i do?
