If you add products to get to 69, does the free shipping becomes available?
By default, WooCommerce does not say how much you need to add to get free shipping.
So I imagine that you are either using another plugin to add this or it is something your theme offers as a feature, correct?
Do you know which one it is? If you don’t, you can switch to a default theme and check to see if the information is still there.
If it is, then it is a plugin, you can disable them one by one to find out which one is adding the information there.
Then please contact the support of the plugin or theme so they can assist you further.

thanks for your reply. On my dev Woo website I switched to Twenty-twentyfour theme with Woocommerce plugin, and I still get the free shipping option with minimum amount as you can see from screenshots, so this must be a feauture of Woocommerce plugin. It doesn’t come with the theme or with a plugin, it’s a native feature of Woocommerce. Can you help me out then?

hello, I must apologize, it was my theme that has the same free shipping feature active and was overwriting the plugin’s settings.
