I do not see any warnings, also in Firebug console there are no errors or warnings.
There is just a blank screen at Free Quotation plugin menu page >> admin.php?page=fq_menu_page
I have just updated to V 3.0.0 of Free Quotation and it’s still the same.
Have deactivated all plugins and activated default 2014 theme.
Am not sure what the server name is?
At my registrar I have created A-names for DNS, and that is an IP address, so it has numbers, but not 1.1.1.1

Do you have problems only with Free Quotation plugin?
Now server name doesn’t meter. I change all database connection to accordance with WordPress (before I use standard PHP scripts) and this is like guarantee that database connection works OK.

It’s not so serious for me, sure I can find something else to use but Free Quotation looks like a really nice plugin and would be great to get it resolved.

This website is not in the root of the hosting, it is an add-on domain in a sub folder of the root. Maybe that makes a difference?

Yesterday I put version 3.0.1 (not 3.1.0). I will update maybe today to 3.0.2 which should solve your problem, because 3.1.0 is not ready yet.

Ohhh… The biggest problem is that I can’t look into this problem because I can’t simulate this problem on my WordPress test environment… Similar problem was reported in version 1.5, but I get response few month latter that now is OK.
