Free Products require Checkout

    I have this site with paid products which are working fine but also free resources through the shopping cart. The products are free but we want to capture name email phone number so we want them to still go through the checkout process. Currently when looking at products on https://pathwayhealth.com/product-category/resources/ and then pressing add to cart it will add it to cart but once i press checkout even without being logged in it automatically goes to “Successful Checkout” and we are not collecting any information and the users has no way to get the product since we dont have their email.

    My checkout page was unknowingly removed at some point causing an even larger issue i was unaware of. This is the default action of WooCommerce as i thought.

    I see that your checkout page now shows the “Place order” button so you can collect customers’ data. Just so you know, WooCommerce doesn’t autonomously remove the checkout page but probably you experienced a conflict on your site. You can check and tell WooCommerce which pages to use in WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced.
