Free Jetpack, won’t load any social media sites

I am extremely new to WordPress, and I am trying to find a plugin that will automatically post to my Pinterest and Facebook accounts when a post publishes. Jetpack is supposed to be able to do that with the free version, but all I see when I go to Tools>Marketing is a text block on the right side asking me to automatically post to social media sites. And the ones that load are Google Photos and Mailchimp.

I don’t have an option to add anything else, and the Jetpack page says that their free account has a way to autopost to social media. Did they recently take this away, or do I need to turn on some other feature elsewhere? I installed Jetpack but haven’t navigated to the plugin page before today.
