I download plugin before the downgrade. For users who start to use plugin when free features was inlucuded, shouldn’t these features remain? I can understand when new features are added for elitle but not when exisitng are downgrading. This i my point of view.

    Hi Webhk,

Thanks for sharing your point of view.

We believe our plugin, the support and the extra features are well worth the license fee. Besides the main and most important features remain free and as a result our free plugin is still, by far, the best one out there. So is our free support as you have noticed over the last few days 🙂

We have been communicating that some of these features eventually would become part of the Elite version of the plugin for over half a year already also from within the plugin itself. So when you decided to use them, as they are useful, you were notificated of this. We also gave a heads-up of over a month and offer a voucher-code for the users who want to switch to the Elite version.

Hope you understand and remain a happy user of our plugins, the free or licensed one.

    All the best,
    Eva

We managed 4 websites with low traffic and occasionally sales. In that case you will ask 79 USD per page/domain annualy? As I know google requires parametrs like “brand”, “gtin” and “condition”, which are mandatory and without that functionality feed is worthless. What from that that I can generate feed in free plugin if google nor facebook will not accept such kind of feed.

    Hi Webhk,

The parameters you describe (brand, gtin and condition) can also easily be made by creating WooCommerce attributes yourselves. See their documentation: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-product-taxonomies/

Those attributes can then also be used in our plugin.

When you don’t feel like making those attributes yourselves or you would also like to use the other Elite features I suggest you reach out to us at support@adtribes.io so we can discuss discount rates.

    All the best,
    Eva

    Very bad move…

so I am right can add these fields like attributes? How about parameter condition, should type excact phrases like” “new”, “refurbished” , “used”?

When you create WooCommerce attributes you can predefine allowed values. Just fill in those 3 so you can select them when you start filling the new attributes for your products.

    All the best,
    Eva

    thank you all is clear

I agree with Goudie, I understand paying for extra options but you haven’t added them, just taken away from the free version. It’s not even 79 dollars for life it’s per year! Wish I didn’t update the app, certainly turning off auto updates now!

We have been communicating that some of the features eventually would become part of the Elite version of the plugin for over half a year from within the plugin itself. So when you decided to use them you were informed about this so you could willingly decide to use them while they were free or decide not to rely on them. We also gave a heads-up of over a month ago about the approaching live going of the Elite plugin and offered a voucher-code for the users who want to switch to the Elite version.

That being said we do hope you remain a happy user of the free plugin and our support.

I have to say I didn’t see those warnings on the backend or even by email, I did however get your warning once I updated that there is an elite plan, I normally get on board with early bird offers but I didn’t even see this one. I respect you trying to get more to move into a paid version, but it is a hefty jump from free to 79 dollars a year. I downloaded it for the ease of GTIN and Optimized Title, but sadly I haven’t had enough business through product feeds to justify the annual spend, so I’ve removed the plugin as it’s useless to me now. Thanks for the free year though.

This is real shitty decision. We switched as well.
